FAQ
When will I get my order?
- You will get your order within 15-17 days depending on our suppliers. Once your order has been submitted we will e-mail you a confirmation of your order details.
- Processing time may take up to 4 days for us to confirm your order.
- Once your order has left the warehouse, we will then send shipping details and keep you updated on tracking information once obtained by our suppliers.
Don't want your product anymore?
- If you have customer remorse and don't want the product. We may ask for a 25% percent restocking fee and the full price of return shipping.
If the product is defective?
- If the product is in bad condition when delivered or broken upon delivery, you must be sure to inspect the product right when it arrives.
- By this you can set up a complaint against the shipping carrier.
- You have 30 days to notify us with a problem, once passed 30 days you will not be able to return or notify us.
- If product is defected and you notify us we will handle it all !
Product Warranty
- Warranty is attainable to us. But this may vary depending on the Brand!
- Make sure to read the product description if the product is eligible for warranty.
- All warranty may differ by brand!
